Hail Mary full of grace, the Lord is with thee. Blessed art thou among women and blessed is the fruit of thy womb Jesus. Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners now and at the hour of our death.Amen
Prayer to Our Sorrowful Mother for a special grace
O most holy and sad Mother, Queen of Martyrs, who helped your son when he was tormented on the cross; For your life's sufferings, for the sword of pain that pierced your heart, for your perfect joy in Heaven, look upon me with kindness as I kneel before you, sympathizing with your suffering and offering my request with childlike confidence.
Dear Mother, since your Son denies you nothing, pray to His Sacred Heart to graciously grant me what I ask of You, on the merits of His Sacred Passion, together with those of your sufferings at the foot of the Cross.
Merciful Mother, to whom shall I go in my misery if not you, who have mercy on us, poor sinners exiled in this valley of tears? In our name, offer Jesus just one drop of His most precious blood, but one ache from His loving heart. Remind him that you are our sweetness, our life, and our hope, and your prayer will be answered.Amen

Prayer in Honor of Mary's First Sorrow - The Prophecy of Simeon
Sorrowful Mother, your heart was filled with pain when, in the sacrifice of your divine Son in the temple, Saint Simeon prophesied that a sword would pierce your soul. You knew then that you would suffer with Jesus.
Queen of Martyrs, in this pain, let me unite my heart with yours and ask for your grace to bear in mind the thought of my death, so that I may always avoid sin.

Second day
Prayer in Honor of Mary's Second Sorrow - The Flight into Egypt
Saddest mother, his mother's heart overflowed with grief at Herod's hatred of her innocent son. To save him from the king's jealousy, you had to flee with him to Egypt. Her heart also ached as she contemplated the suffering of her holy consort, Saint Joseph, at the prospect of carrying the divine baby and you, her tender consort, into the desert and the unknown.
Queen of Martyrs, in this pain, let me unite my heart with yours, and grant me the grace to avoid those who wish me harm, especially harm to my soul. She let me run away from temptations and never leave the difficult but real path to heaven.

Prayer in Honor of the Third Sorrow of Mary - The Loss of the Child Jesus in the Temple
Sorrowful mother, sadness, pain and anguish filled your immaculate heart when, leaving Jerusalem, you found yourself separated from your son.
For three days he remained lost to you and your holy bride. For three days you sought the One who was the light of your life. And for three days you didn't find him.
Let me accompany you in this pain, O Queen of Martyrs, and obtain for me the grace never to lose Jesus through sin, but to remain united to Him with the help of His grace. If I have the misfortune to fall, may I never doubt his mercy and always come back through the sacrament of confession that he instituted.

Mother very sad, who can measure the pain of your heart to see your son fall wounded and bleeding under the crushing weight of the cross on the way to Calvary?

Prayer in Honor of the Fifth Sorrow of Mary - The Crucifixion and Death of Jesus
Sorrowful mother, standing on the cross of Jesus, her heart was a big knot. And yet you didn't sit down, or even bend over, but stood as you watched Him suffer for the sins of the whole world—my sins. Like Abraham, you consciously and willingly offered the standing sacrifice. In your case, you offered it for me and for all sinners. However, unlike Abraham, you stood by and watched him die. In your case, your perfect child was not spared.
Queen of Martyrs, let me accompany you in this suffering and obtain for me the grace to fight temptation and sin at the cost of effort, suffering and even life. When my turn comes, Mother, through the death of your Jesus and your sacrifice, grant me the grace to die in His holy grace - the grace of a happy death.

Prayer in Honor of the Sixth Sorrow of Mary - The Piercing of Jesus' Side and His Descent from the Cross
Sorrowful Mother, when your son's body was taken down from the cross and placed in your arms, pain filled your heart.
Even if that sadness now had a touch of relief, how painful it was for you to contemplate that body that was once the seat of perfect life, health and beauty, cruelly scarred, pale and lifeless.
Mother, Queen of Martyrs, in this pain, let me unite my heart with yours and make sure I receive Jesus into my soul before I die, so that I can join Him forever in heaven.

Prayer in Honor of the Seventh Sorrows of Mary - The Entombment of Jesus
Virgin of Sorrows, pain filled her heart again as her Son's holy body was taken from her arms and placed in a cold tomb. But you did not doubt that he would rise again.
Queen of Martyrs, let me accompany you in your pain and grant me your deep and trusting faith in the Word of your Son. Let me trust that even in suffering, even when everything seems lost, with Jesus there is always a way out.
Also obtain for me a sincere repentance for all my sins, an ardent love for my God, a tender devotion to you, so that I may one day die in His grace and rise with Him to eternal life.

Feast of the Exaltation of the Holy Cross, September 14
Sweet Mother of Sorrows, Providence wished that Saint Helena, like you, mother of a king, would find your son's cross and pay great honor to this relic of relics.**
Grant me, Sorrowful Queen and Mother, that like Saint Helena, always honor the symbol of our salvation, the cross. And like the Church, I can lift it up, display it, and wear it with gratitude and pride.
Above all, may I unite my sufferings with Jesus on the cross and carry my crosses not with shame but with faith, love and patience as he did.
The Church teaches that suffering thus sustained and associated with one's own is never in vain, but a powerful redemptive prayer.
May I always believe so that my life always has meaning.

O Blessed Virgin, Mother of Our Lord Jesus Christ: Through the crushing pain you experienced in witnessing the martyrdom, crucifixion and death of your Divine Son, look upon me with kindness and awaken in my heart a tender compassion for the sufferings of our Lord. .
Grant me an earnest abhorrence of my sins, that, freed from undue affections for the transitory joys of earth, I may lift up my eyes to the eternal joys of heaven.

- I pity you, O sad Mother Mary, for the pain your tender heart suffered from the prophecy of old Saint Simeon. O dear mother, through your sad heart, implore for me the virtue of humility and the gift of piety.
Ave Maria.... - I pity you, O painful Mother Mary, for the distressing anxieties your loving heart endured in flight to Egypt and during your stay there. O dear Mother, through this anxious heart I implore for myself the virtue of generosity, especially towards the poor, and the gift of piety.
